Yamaha MODX6 specs
The 61-key, semi-weighted MODX - Yamaha's lighter Motion Control Synthesis workstation that arrived about two years after the 2016 MONTAGE: 128-note AWM2 polyphony, no aftertouch, 6.6 kg, and an MSRP of $1,649 by its Winter NAMM 2019 shipping debut. Yamaha never gave the original MODX a dated announcement, and the MODX+ that surfaced in September 2022 filled its slot. Now discontinued and widely available used.
